Appraiser eLearning is a provider of online continuing education courses for the appraisal and real estate industry. We offer quality online courses to appraisers that require continuing education credits (CEU and CEUs) as a part of their license renewal. Do I have to be a licensed appraiser to take your courses?

No. Our educational offerings are available to both licensed appraisers and anybody else who wants to learn about the appraisal industry.

How do I take a Appraiser eLearning course?

It’s really simple. Choose a course by clicking on the course link and purchase using your debit or credit card. Once payment is approved, you will be emailed your registration information. You can click the student log in portal on this page, or follow the link sent to you via email.

When you are through with the material, you will be required to take a final exam. If you pass with at least a 70% score you will be able to download a certificate of completion immediately to file and turn in to your state licensing authority with your license renewal paperwork.

What are the system requirements to use Appraiser eLearning?

Appraiser eLearning runs on a cloud-based e-learning platform, meaning it requires only a web-browser to operate.

Our online portal can be accessed from anywhere in the world with internet connection. Access your training 24/7. Our training platform works with almost all tablet devices. You can access your course from your iPad, Android, or any similar tablet device.

Will I have to stay on-line the entire time it takes me to complete a course?

No. You may log in and out of your course any time of the day by going to the LOGIN page.

How long will it take to complete a course?

Our courses were designed to meet or exceed the minimum clock hours of instruction required by state laws. In many cases students can complete meet their entire continuing education requirements in a single day; this is especially helpful if your license has already expired and you cannot find a convenient continuing education seminar!

After I have paid, will I have to wait before I can take the course?

You are granted immediate access to your class once you have completed the payment process. After payment you will immediately be emailed a username and password to log in.

Do I have to finish the course all at once?

No. You can log back into your course and pick up where you last left off at any time. You may log in and out of your course any time of the day by going to the LOGIN page.

Will I receive proof that I took this course to send in with my license renewal?

Yes. When you complete your course and examination you will be able to download and print your certificate of completion. Record the provided information for later use on your license renewal forms.

Will you be offering courses other than the ones currently listed in the course catalog?

Yes, we are currently developing more courses to add to our course catalog. The next time you return to Appraiser eLearning, you may find a new course!

What is your Refund Policy?

Refunds will only be given within 24 hours of purchase if course has not been completed. A course is considered completed after the final examination has been taken.

What information does Appraiser eLearning collect and how do we use it?

When you order, we need to know your name, e-mail address, mailing address, credit card number, and credit card expiration date. This allows us to process and fulfill your order and to notify you of your order status.

So that you may access services and purchase the products and services that we offer through Appraiser eLearning, we require you to provide us with certain information that personally identifies you (“Personal Information”). How does Appraiser eLearning protect customer information?

Appraiser eLearning uses the latest encryption technology to keep your personal information safe. All ordering information, including your name, address, and credit card number is encrypted using a secure server for maximum security. Your credit card and billing information cannot be read as it travels to our ordering system. To ensure that your information is even more secure, we will never see or be in possession of your credit card information. Credit card transactions are handled by a third-party financial institution, which receives the credit card number and other personal identifying information only to verify the credit card numbers and process transactions. When we complete your transaction, you will receive your order number via our confirmation e-mail.

Will Appraiser eLearning disclose my personal information to outside parties?

Appraiser eLearning does not sell, rent, or loan our customers’ personal information (including customers’ names and shipping, billing, and e-mail addresses) to anyone outside of our company. We take your trust very seriously, so the only messages you receive will be from us. This includes automatic order and shipping confirmation e-mails generated upon receipt of your order. Appraiser eLearning may provide aggregate statistics about our customers, sales, traffic patterns, and related site information to reputable third-party vendors, but these statistics will include no personally identifying information.
